Qual é o 'tense' que usa somente o verbo no passado?E qual é o outro que apresenta o passado do verbo to be (was e were)+um verbo no gerundio?
O past simple.past continuous.


No past continuous, como fazemos frases negativas e interrogativas?De um exemplo de cada uma:
Interrogativa colocando o was e o were antes do verbo. Was he doing something?[
Na negativa é só coloca o was ou o were na negativa. I wasn't playing video games.

1-No ingles, ha diferença se falarmos algo no futuro com as formas will e going to?De um exemplo:
Sim, will é para coisas planejadas na hora e going to coisas que já foram planejadas a tempo.
2-Em portugues, quando queremos dizer que "tinha alguma coisa" usamos o verbo "ter". Por exemplo"tem(ou tinha) um homem no carro".Qual é a estrtura do ingles usada para isso?De um exemplo:
Em inglês NÃO podemos falar "HAS A MAN IN THE CAR" como no Portugu~es que usamos o verbo "ter". Utilizamos a estrutura THERE IS/ARE no presente e THERE WAS/WERE no passado. There was indica singular e there were indica plural. Por exemplo: There was a little girl near the sports court./ There were some girls near the sports court.


3-Observe as frases:
a)I went home by car.
b)I was waiting for you at the school.
Qual é a diferença entre elas? Uma está no past simple e uma no past continuous.

4-Qual a diferença entre o past simple e o past continuous? O Past Simple expressa uma ação que aconteceu 9começou e terminou) no passado. I went home by car.
O Past Continuous expressa uma ação que se estendeu por um tempo determinado no passado. I was doing my homework at 9 o'clock.
